Ingredients:
- Gra-Mix Ardennes mixture
- Gold 4 Gallico Pellet
- Tagliatelle
- Lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes
- Extra materials: Bowl, pot, strainer, deep plate, presentation dish, scales, measuring cup, cutting board
Preparation:
- Boil the tagliatelle. Strain the water and rinse the pasta with ice-cold water. Make sure that the pasta is completely cold.
- Take some Gra-Mix Ardennes Mixture and add some to the pasta. Make a nice mixture of pasta and grain mixture.
- Serve with the lettuce and the cherry tomatoes and finish the plate with some Gold 4 Gallico Pellet.
